#145 Bridesmaid & Flower Girl Jewelry Gifts

I think jewelry as gifts for bridesmaids & flower girls is a fabulous idea. If you buy carefully then it can be something that they wear often - a token of your love & gratitude & a little piece of your wedding too!
I think that perhaps it's a rare thing that there will be a 'one fits all' gift, but gifts that are different but in the same vein can sometimes address that.

Anyway, here's a very small selection of trinkets to inspire you.
As well as possible gifts the crystal earrings, studs & diamond bangles could easily be worn as bridal jewelry, possibly even the lotus or bubble necklaces for a more contemporary bride.

The studs or bangles could also work well as a gift for flower girls that will easily transition through the years with them but for something less precious, these tiny initial necklaces could work especially well as most children love to see their name on their belongings!

And if you're looking for something a little more 'now' for the little ones, I'm sure these cute pieces would be very well received...

#112 For Flowery Girls

These very cute porcelain bird hair clips would be a very sweet flower girl present, & look very cute for them to wear on the day

"The dove was a symbol of peace and long life to the ancient Chinese. The ancient Egyptians held the dove to symbolize quiet innocence. Two doves can symbolize love."
I quite like the Egyptian symbolism ( which I hadn't heard before) & it seems very appropriate in this context too.

I love that the porcelain is unglazed & I think that while they are age appropriate & something that most little girls would love, that if cared for it is something that they could also quite easily wear as adult.
I'm all for thinking forward on children's gifts on special occasions such as weddings, I'd like to imagine that they will always treasure the gift as well as enjoying the memory...

#90 Houses of Love

I've always like pottery, but lately I like it more & more?

Anyhow! How cute would these treasures from the little red door be as wedding favours?
Or as gifts for the bridesmaids or mother of the bride/mother in law?
OR, flower girls?

Lettering can be customized... I'm thinking ' n + c ' would be pretty cute ;)

I couldn't help but post the somewhat beside the point maple leaf house... I appreciate it... Sister E will appreciate it!
Also, the stores have had Christmas decorations up for over a month so I thought that was good enough excuse for me to share that last little snippet of cute. Yes? Yes.
