    Love the 'ivory towers' one - the chocolate roses look scrumptious! Are you thinking fruit or mud cake...or both?

    Probably white mud? I don't dislike fruit cake, but I don't love it either. I've been wondering how hard those chocolate roses would be to make... what do you reckon?
