I love paper goods. I handmade all our save the dates, invites, place cards, menus & programs, buying the supplies for these was beyond exciting for me.

You know what I love more than paper though? Wood.
I found these INCREDIBLE invites from Oslo Press halfway through the process of making ours & was absolutely blown away. I seriously considered abandoning the project & re-jigging the budget to have a little slice of this heaven...

         

Heaven is an understatement. Swoon after swoon after swoon...

   

Table numbers, two stunning custom designs, place cards, escort cards & favour tags... You can order just about anything you can think of from Oslo Press.
I am still suffering from a potentially fatal case of love. It's very serious. Surely there is something I can custom order to cure this ailment...

#141 Custom Wedding Stamps

When you have multiples upon multiples of things to do, you know what is ridiculously handy? Stamps.
Not to mention awesome & somehow both very adult + childish at the same time... Just don't ask me what on earth I mean by that?

And a return address stamp is, in my opinion, an absolute must. Having one of these is such a time saver when you hand write thank you cards to about 150 people!

   

The time you save is worth far more than the money you spend on these. Trust me.

#118 Wedding Art

I love these personalized vintage style posters from Alexander & Co, such a great idea! I've seen people use posters as their guest book by having a slightly larger mat & having their guests sign it & this would be a perfect choice if you wanted to do that.
Names, locations, dates, type colour & hair colour are all customised.
I also think the location options would be a lovely gift in memory of where you met, your first date, where the proposal was or perhaps even of a holiday you took together?

 
  
  
  
  

There are also save the date postcards & thank you cards available which would be a great option for those looking for something a little more unusual, & magnets which would make fantastic save the dates or favours.

#85 THE Save The Date

We are being less than efficient when it comes to getting invitations out, so to make myself feel a little better, I'm going to go ahead & share our save the date which we have been moderately efficient about & have already sent out.

One 'to do' gold star for me... hooray!
